BIOGRAPHY
When I was in highschool, it was impossible to find a good voice teacher. I was forced to study with a teacher who over-charged, and taught me bad habits. It took a 5 year break from music to erase those bad habits. Now, as a successful singer, having been involved in Placido Domingo's Operalia, and making the finals of many national voice competitions, it's my desire to teach young beginning singers a healthy, natural vocal technique which stresses proper breath support, placement of tone, and identifying areas of tension. Learn the right way, the first time. I am currently an Operatic Tenor most recently with New Jersey Opera. I have experience in Choral Singing, Musical Theatre, Gospel, Opera, Art songs, Oratorio, and Zarzuela with an intimate understanding of French, German, Spanish, and Italian diction.
