BIOGRAPHY
I have been teaching Piano to Children and Adults of ALL Levels for more than 17 years privately and in formal music schools. I am Very Patient and flexible in my teaching style and always work at the students pace. I pay special attention to Beginners.
My primary concern is that of the student's happiness. I adjust my teaching style to meet and exceed the unique needs and desires of each of my students. I believe that learning to play the piano should always be a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience.
I place high value on a well-rounded knowledge of music and playing the piano including: reading music, learning music theory, ear-training, and utilizing good piano technique. Through natural and efficient movements, anyone can learn to acquire the tools necessary to enable artistic expression, and come to realize their pianist potential. My students have the opportunity to learn piano playing to any capacity that they wish.
I am a very dedicated teacher and care deeply about the progress of my students and motivate them to learn to play piano to the best of their abilities. Friendly and easy going, I make sure my students enjoy the lessons and also have fun.
My students participate in New Jersey Music Educators Association recitals and various competitions during the year.
** NOTE: A PIANO OR A KEYBOARD IS REQUIRED FOR PRACTICE!!!
