BIOGRAPHY
Matt Kramer is the former lead singer of the Atlantic Records Platinum act “Saigon Kick”. Matt sang the groups smash hit “Love is on the way” which landed him on the Top 10 Billboard pop single charts peaking at #6, which the single alone sold a Million copies and produced a #1 MTV Video. He has worked with the industries finest producers, toured the world as a headliner, and has been billed along with many, many, legendary acts filling arenas and theatres.
Having that under his belt in the early stages of his career has allowed Matt the room to go into vocal coaching with a very experienced, and knowledgeable perspective on what it truly takes to give a world class vocal performance in the studio, live arena, and give his students advise that only someone this accomplished in their field could competently advise.
Matt is now spearheading the music business as a Vocal Trainer / Producer / Engineer / Vocal Producer.
Matt Kramer developed a unique vocal method that is making him one of the most sought after voice coaches of all styles of music in his Miami, Florida studio, Where he also teaches out of town clients via webcam with Skype, as well as his travelling coaching that brings him around the globe teaching an array of the music industries premiere talent. Matt has also had tremendous success rehabilitating damaged voices from Improper singing, and medical conditions such as Strokes, and other voice related ailments.
Matt Kramer’s clientele roster to name a few includes working with such prestigious companies as, Sony, Atlantic, MCA, Universal, Guthy Renker, Hard Rock International, The Seminole Tribe of Florida, and varied Actors workshops for tone improvement and vocal delivery.
EDUCATION
Matt Kramer was exposed to, and grew up in a vocal school that his mother a classically trained lyric-coloratura soprano ran in Miami, whom studied voice with including the late Dr. Arturo di Filippi and Lena Maddaford, understudying lead roles in Miami opera guild productions. Other teachers included the late Nelle McArthur, concert pianist and voice instructor with whom she had a five year scholarship, and the world renowned composer and pianist, Mme. Mana-zucca.
