BIOGRAPHY
Mrs. Slawsky recently moved to Miami to pursue her DMA in piano at the University of Miami. She is also pursuing a Ph.D. in music education through the University of South Florida. Committed to developing her skills as a pianist and pedagogue/teacher, she is pursuing 2 doctorates simultaneously.
She has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Tampa as well as the International Academy of Design and Technology. She teaches private lessons in her home, which is located in the luxurious new condominiums of Downtown Dadeland, across from the Dadeland Mall.
Also a violinist and accompanist, Mrs. Slawsky also enjoys collaborative work with accompanying, orchestral playing, and chamber music.
Mrs. Slawsky thoroughly enjoys teaching beginning piano students regardless of age. While she enjoys developing the musical skills of all levels, she especially loves beginners.
