BIOGRAPHY
In addition to teaching voice, Claire Yarrington is Artistic Director for CTA Crossroads Theatre in Walnut Creek. She has produced, directed and/or choreographed more than 100 musicals, plays, showcases and revues, including (Into the Woods, Bye Bye Birdie, Anything Goes, Crazy for You, Forever Plaid, Annie, The Secret Garden, Cheaper by the Dozen, Cinderella, Seussical, Footloose) and other AEA Approved projects. Stage roles include Peter Pan (Peter Pan), The Queen of Hearts (Alice in Wonderland) Margaret (The Lady’s Not for Burning) Liliane LeFleur (Nine) Stella Deems (Follies) and other leading and supporting roles in regional and community theatre, along with Guest Artist and solo appearances throughout Northern California. A summa cum laude graduate of BYU, Claire has more than 32 years of experience as an instructor in the performing arts, including Level 4 certification in Speech Level Singing International, and teaching with Broadway professionals on both coasts.
